NEWMAN GM980 is NEWMANs very first gasket-mounted keyboard with a 98-key layout. It features a specially designed gasket-mounted structure with dual-layered silicone padding. The GM980 offers a satisfying performance with high-performance mechanical switches. The keyboard here has a transparent PolyCarbonate chassis with dual-toned PBT keycaps for a smooth and rich user experience. The keyboard has got a 16.8million colors full RGB backlit design that glows beautifully and offers great customization.

Double Silicone Padded Enhanced Gasket Mounted Design:-

NEWMAN GM980 mechanical keyboard houses an enhanced gasket mounted structure with double silicone padding between the PCB and the metal plate. This not only eliminates the percussion cavity sound and presents a softer sound upon each keystroke but also makes each keypress soft and smooth. Upon key press, the silicone pads absorb the extra force and provide a stable user operation.

Versatile Connectivity With Three-Connection Modes:-

NEWMAN GM980 has got triple connection modes. This includes wireless 2.4GHz, Wireless Bluetooth, and Wired USB Type-C connectivity. With its triple connection modes, the GM980 can be connected to a wide range of devices including Tablets, Laptops, and PCs. The keyboard offers seamless switching between the devices.

High-Performance Mechanical Switches:-

NEWMAN has designed the latest GM980 mechanical keyboard with a wide variety of mechanical switches. It is available with Gateron G Pro Silver, Kalih Box Red, and custom-developed starry sky mechanical switches. All three of these switches offer linear and smooth feedback with short key travel and fast trigger response. They have a lifespan of up to 80 million keystrokes.

Full-RGB Backlit Design:-

Through its transparent PolyCarbonate chassis, the backlit RGB effect comes out beautifully. It can be adjusted using a driver available on Windows systems. Users can customize the RGB backlight with Speed, Brightness, and multiple pre-built Lightning effects.

Large 3000mAh Battery:-

NEWMAN GM980 uses a large 3000mAh battery. It provides a battery life of up to 100hours with backlight off. Although the complete RGB backlight takes a little toll on the battery life when turned on, the battery life of the keyboard drops to about 10hours with RGB on.
