Seeed Studio ReSpeaker Lite 2-Mic Array Voice Kit ESPHome ESP32-S3

Description

Seeed Studio ReSpeaker Lite Voice Assistant Kit is a compact voice assistant kit built around ReSpeaker Lite, XIAO ESP32S3, and the XMOS XU316 audio processor. This Seeed Studio kit is designed for developers who want a practical ESPHome voice assistant, a flexible Home Assistant voice node, or an open XIAO ESP32S3 voice kit for far-field voice interaction, wake-word projects, and audio interface development.

The ReSpeaker Lite platform combines a dual digital microphone array, onboard audio front-end processing, speaker output, headphone output, and direct integration with XIAO ESP32S3. Because this voice assistant kit already includes the core audio hardware and an ESPHome voice assistant path, it is much easier to evaluate than assembling separate audio boards, microphones, and controller modules for a local Home Assistant build.

Features

• ReSpeaker Lite dual-microphone array for far-field voice capture up to 3 meters in noisy environments.
• XMOS XU316 audio processor with interference cancellation, acoustic echo cancellation, noise suppression, and AGC.
• Pre-soldered XIAO ESP32S3 for fast development of an XIAO ESP32S3 voice kit without extra soldering work.
• ESPHome voice assistant support for building a local Home Assistant voice workflow.
• Open-source voice assistant kit with support for Arduino, PlatformIO, MicroPython, and CircuitPython.
• Speaker connector, 3.5mm headphone jack, mute button, user button, and WS2812 RGB LED for audio output and user interaction.
