The 16mm x 30mm 3-Digit 7-Segment Common Anode Display is an electronic display component designed to show numerical digits, commonly used in devices like digital clocks, calculators, and various instrumentation. Heres a detailed description:

Key Specifications:

Dimensions:

Height: 30mm
Width: 16mm
Display Type: 7-segment, Common Anode
Each of the three digits is made up of seven LED segments arranged in a figure-eight pattern to display numbers 09.

Features:

Number of Digits: 3 digits
Segment Type: LED (Light Emitting Diode) for each segment of the digits.
Common Anode Configuration: All cathodes (negative terminals) of the LEDs in each digit are connected together to a common ground, while each segment’s anode (positive terminal) is controlled individually.
Pin Configuration: Typically, this type of display has pins for each segment (A-G) and decimal point, along with shared cathode pins.

Applications:

Used in electronic devices for displaying numerical values.
Common in clocks, timers, temperature displays, counters, and other digital readouts.

Power Requirements:

Forward voltage per segment: Typically around 2V to 2.5V for red LEDs, varying slightly for other colors like green or blue.
Current: Each segment typically requires around 10-20 mA for full brightness.
