12/2 SJOOW Flexible Cord | 300V

Providing peak performance for high-amperage portable applications, this 12 AWG 2-conductor SJOOW cord is engineered for heavy-duty power delivery. Featuring a thick 12-gauge copper core and a specialized thermoset jacket, this 300V-rated cord is designed to handle significant electrical loads while surviving the harshest physical and environmental conditions on a job site.

Why Choose 12/2 SJOOW Flexible Cord?

The 12 AWG gauge is the heavy-duty standard for portable power, capable of supporting up to 25 amps. This makes it the primary choice for high-wattage equipment where voltage drop over distance must be minimized. The SJOOW designation identifies it as a “Junior” (300V) service cord that is fully resistant to Oil, Water, and Weather (UV). Its thermoset CPE jacket is chemically cross-linked, meaning it will not melt, “cold flow,” or deform even under intense heat or mechanical pressure.

• High-Ampacity Power Delivery: The 12-gauge conductors are built to handle the high inrush currents of large motors and the sustained loads of heavy industrial heating and lighting equipment.

• Elite Environmental Shielding: The Chlorinated Polyethylene (CPE) jacket provides the highest level of protection against tearing, abrasion, and degradation from cutting oils, solvents, and chemicals.

• Extreme Cold-Weather Reliability: Rated to remain supple and maneuverable in temperatures as low as -40C, preventing the stiffness and cracking that occurs with thermoplastic cords in winter conditions.

• Industrial-Grade Flex Life: Features high-count Class K bare copper stranding, allowing the cord to endure constant coiling, pulling, and vibration without conductor fatigue or failure.
