18/3 SJOOW Flexible Cord | 300V

The 18 AWG 3-conductor SJOOW cord is a highly resilient, flexible solution for portable power and grounding. Engineered to handle the rigors of industrial environments, this 300V-rated cord features high-flex stranding and a specialized thermoset jacket that provides ultimate protection against oils, chemicals, and extreme weather.

Why Choose 18/3 SJOOW Flexible Cord?

The SJOOW designation is the industry hallmark for durability in “Junior” (300V) service. With three conductors, this cord is the standard choice for portable equipment requiring a dedicated equipment ground. The thermoset jacket is “cured” during manufacturing, meaning it will not melt or deform even when in direct contact with high-heat surfaces or hot oils.

• Superior Environmental Shielding: The CPE (Chlorinated Polyethylene) jacket is rated for continuous exposure to oil, water, and sunlight (UV), making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor industrial use.

• Cold-Weather Flexibility: Remains supple and easy to coil in temperatures as low as -40C, preventing the jacket brittleness and cracking common in standard PVC cords.

• High-Flex Stranding: Features Class K bare copper stranding, specifically designed to withstand the mechanical stress of constant coiling, pulling, and vibration.

• Safety Ground Integration: Includes standard color-coded conductors (Black, White, Green) to ensure safe and proper grounding of portable hand tools and machinery.
