4/0 3C Type G-GC Mining Cable 2kV

APPLICATION:
Type G-GC Cable is for use in heavy duty service as a power supply cable for mobile and portable mining equipment, loaders, conveyors, pumps, drills and cutters, where flex life is required, and for systems that require an internal ground check conductor for added safety. Type G-GC is for applications up to 2000 volts and temperatures from -40C to +90C.

CONDUCTOR:
Soft drawn flexible stranded bare copper, Class I per ASTM B-33

SEPARATOR:
Tape separator between conductor and insulation.

INSULATION:
Ethylene-Propylene Rubber (EPR) per ICEA S-75-381/NEMA WC 58

JACKET:
Black heavy duty, integral-filled CPE thermosetting compound

CONDUCTOR COLORS:
Black, White, Red with Green Grounds and Yellow Ground Check

GROUND CONDUCTORS:
2 #2 Soft drawn flexible stranded bare copper with green ethylene-propylene rubber (EPR) insulation

GROUND CHECK CONDUCTOR:
1 #8 Soft drawn flexible stranded bare copper. Yellow polypropylene-insulated (EPR) insulation over conductor

AMP RATING:
@ 90C – 316 Amps
