Original price was: $5,691.00.Current price is: $148.00.

Availability: In Stock

Engineered for harsh industrial and heavy-utility applications, 4/0 AWG 4-Conductor TECK90 Armored Cable delivers complete 1000V 3-phase 4-wire power and circuit protection without installing rigid conduit runs.

Featuring four (4) stranded copper conductors, a 4 AWG bare ground wire, dual PVC jackets, and flexible Aluminum Interlocked Armor (AIA), it transitions seamlessly from indoor cable trays and concrete barriers directly into outdoor aerial runs or subterranean direct-burial trenches.

Key Features & Benefits: 4/0-04 TECK90 Armored Cable 1000V

  • Dual-Jacket Direct Burial Protection: The inner bedding PVC cushions the core, while the heavy-duty -40C outer PVC jacket seals the aluminum armor against water, corrosive soil chemicals, and mechanical abrasion.

  • 1000V Heavy-Duty Rating: Built with RW90 XLPE thermoset insulation rated up to 1000V and continuous operating temperatures from -40C to +90C in wet or dry locations.

  • 3-Phase 4-Wire Power Architecture: Features four 4/0 AWG stranded bare copper conductors (3 phases + neutral) and a 4 AWG bare copper ground wire for complete 4-wire distribution and continuous 260A load capacity.

  • Flexible Interlocked Armor (AIA): The aluminum interlocked armor shields internal conductors from crushing loads and physical impacts while keeping the assembly flexible during pulls.

  • Hazardous Location & Acid Gas Certified: Rated CSA HL, FT1/FT4 flame resistant, IEEE 1202, and AG14 compliant for harsh chemical and petrochemical plants.

Technical Installation Note: Approved wet-location/explosion-proof TECK glands (such as Star Teck or TMC series) must be utilized to ensure proper ground bonding continuity and maintain watertight seals at enclosures.

Common 4/0 4C TECK90 Cable Applications

  • 4-Wire 3-Phase Subpanel Feeds: Feeding 208Y/120V or 480Y/277V commercial subpanels requiring both 3-phase equipment power and a full neutral conductor for 120V/277V branch circuits.

  • Industrial Machinery & Motor Feeds: Delivering power to localized sub-panels, large HVAC equipment, commercial pumps, and 4-wire industrial machinery.

  • Pulp, Paper, and Chemical Facilities: Routing power sub-feeders through highly corrosive processing bays, wet areas, and acid-gas environments.

  • Direct-Burial & Utility Infrastructure: Laid directly into underground trenches, commercial lighting grids, or encased in outdoor concrete envelopes.
