8mmx13mm 16 teeth gt2 pulley

The 8mm x 13mm 16 teeth GT2 pulley is a small mechanical component designed for use in timing belt systems, particularly in precision motion control applications such as 3D printers, CNC machines, and robotics. Here’s a breakdown of its key features:

• Bore Diameter: 4mm (the central hole where the motor shaft or other rotating part fits)
• Outer Diameter: 13mm (the diameter of the pulley itself)
• Number of Teeth: 16 teeth (the grooves that engage with the GT2 timing belt)
• Pitch: 2mm (the distance between two consecutive teeth, as specified by the GT2 standard)
• Material: Often made from aluminum or steel for strength and durability, with some models having a smooth or anodized finish.
• Flanges: Typically, this pulley includes flanges on the sides to help keep the belt aligned.
• Use Case: Designed to work with a GT2 timing belt (with a 2mm pitch) for accurate movement and low backlash in linear motion systems.
