Espressif ESP32 Pico V3 02 8M Flash 2M PSRAM Module

ESP32-PICO-V3-02 is a system-in-package (SiP) product based on the ESP32 (ECO V3), providing complete Wi-Fi and Bluetooth capabilities, integrating 1 x 8MB Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) flash and 1 x 2MB Serial Peripheral Interface PSRAM.

The core of the ESP32-PICO-V3-02 is the ESP32 (ECO V3) chip. The ESP32 is a single-chip solution integrating 2.4GHz Wi-Fi and dual-mode Bluetooth, using TSMC’s ultra-low power 40nm process technology. The ESP32-PICO-V3-02 SiP has seamlessly integrated all peripheral devices such as crystal oscillators, flash, PSRAM, filtering capacitors, and RF matching links into the package, eliminating the need for external components to operate. At this point, the assembly and testing of SiP are all completed at the SiP level, which can greatly reduce the complexity of the supply chain and improve control efficiency.

The ESP32-PICO-V3-02 features compact size, strong performance, and low power consumption, making it suitable for any space-limited or battery-powered devices, such as wearable devices, medical devices, sensors, and other IoT devices.

Compared to other ESP32 series chips, the ESP32-PICO-V3-02 has added GPIO20 pin. In addition, considering the security performance of the chip, the flash pins DI, DO, /HOLD, /WP, and PSRAM pins SI/SIO0, SO/SIO1, SIO2, SIO3 are not exposed.
