Exotronic Coorong Series Pre-wired Victron Board – Split

Exotronic Coorong Series Pre-Wired Victron Energy Power Board (Split Layout) for Professional Van Conversions

Premium, Pre-Assembled Off-Grid Power Hub Engineered for Space-Efficient Installation

The Exotronic Coorong Series Pre-Wired Victron Board (Split Layout) delivers a fully integrated, professionally assembled power management solution for van conversions, campervans, and mobile off-grid setups. By combining genuine Victron Energy components with meticulous pre-wiring, this board eliminates the complexity, time, and risk of a custom electrical build, allowing you to focus on your adventure rather than your wiring.

Designed for flexible placement, the split layout can be mounted on a wall or floor, fitting neatly under a bed or bench seat to maximise usable living space. Every connection, from the 3000VA inverter/charger to the solar MPPT and DC-DC charger, is pre-terminated with oversized cables and genuine Anderson connectors, ensuring low-loss performance and long-term reliability.

Why a Pre-Wired Board Reduces Risk and Saves Time

Building a van electrical system from scratch involves sourcing compatible components, calculating cable sizes, crimping lugs, and configuring protection devicesa process prone to errors that can lead to voltage drop, overheating, or equipment failure. The Coorong Series removes this uncertainty. Each board is assembled by experienced technicians using 70mm double-insulated power cable, a 400A MEGA fuse, and correctly rated circuit breakers, ensuring compliance with best practices and safety standards. This approach not only accelerates your build timeline but also provides confidence that your power system is ready for demanding Australian conditions.

Core Components and Their Benefits

• Victron MultiPlus-II 12/3000/120-32 Inverter/Charger: Delivers 3000VA of pure sine wave power to run most 10A appliances, combined with a 120A mains charger for rapid replenishment from shore power. The integrated automatic transfer switch ensures seamless switching between off-grid and on-grid sources, while the included Victron Digital Multi Control with 9m cable allows remote inverter management.
• Victron SmartSolar MPPT 100/50 (Bluetooth Enabled): Maximises solar harvest with advanced Maximum Power Point Tracking, pre-connected via a genuine red Anderson plug for straightforward panel connection. Bluetooth monitoring lets you track performance and adjust settings from your phone.
• Victron Orion-Tr Smart 12/12-30 DC-DC Charger (Non-Isolated, Bluetooth): Charges your house battery from the alternator while driving, compatible with smart alternators. Pre-wired with a grey Anderson connector for easy link to the starter battery.
• Victron BMV-712 Battery Monitor (Bluetooth): Provides real-time data on state of charge, current flow, voltage, and time remaining. Audible alarms alert you to low battery levels, and the 9m cable to the display offers flexible mounting.
• Integrated Protection and Distribution: A 12-way blade fuse block with Exotronic circuit breakers organises your DC loads, while AC RCBOs protect incoming and outgoing inverter circuits. The 400A MEGA fuse and 70mm (approx. 2/0 AWG) cable ensure safe high-current handling for the inverter.

Designed for Australian Conditions

Every component is selected and assembled to withstand the rigours of travel on corrugated roads, temperature extremes, and coastal humidity. The boards compact dimensions (530 x 355 x 100 mm) and manageable weight (10.2 kg plus components) make it practical for DIY installers and professional converters alike. Comprehensive documentation, including a detailed wiring diagram with example external connections, supports a smooth installation process.

Applications Beyond the Van

While optimised for van conversions, this pre-wired board is equally suited to tiny homes, off-grid cabins, and mobile workshops where a reliable, space-saving power centre is required. The split layout allows separation of high-current and control sections, simplifying thermal management and cable routing.
