The Gravity: I2C High Temperature Sensor integrates a MAX31855K digital converter and stainless steel K-type probe to deliver precise temperature readings via I2C. This MAX31855 I2C temperature sensor supports a wide range from -270 to 1372, with exceptional accuracy across the range. The included thermocouple probe can measure up to 800 with an error of only 2.5.

Compatible with Arduino, Raspberry Pi, and other 3.3V/5V systems, this I2C high temperature sensor module is ideal for extreme condition monitoring.
