Matek AP_PERIPH CAN Magnetometer RM3100

Lost in the Skies? Never Again.

You’re an FPV pilot and you know how crucial accurate direction sensing can be. You’ve struggled with drift and poor accuracy, making your flights feel like navigating through the Bermuda Triangle. Yikes!

Level Up Your Heading Game!

Introducing the MATEK SYSTEMS CAN-L4-3100! This isn’t just another magnetometerit’s your ticket to an entirely new world of in-flight precision. Powered by cutting-edge RM3100 sensor technology and ArduPilot AP_Periph firmware, we’re talking about the James Bond of magnetometers here.

Meet the Ultimate CAN Magnetometer

Key Product Highlights

• Stellar Accuracy: With RM3100 sensor technology, wave ‘bye-bye’ to drift and say hello to high resolution.
• Low Power, High Impact: Sips power at just 22mA, so you can fly longer without worry.
• Stable & Robust: Forget about fluctuations. It’s immune to signal noise and stable across temperature changes.
• Highly Adaptable: Multiple UART and CAN interface options make it versatile for different setups.
• Ready to Fly: Comes with JST-GH-4P to JST-GH-4P 20cm silicon wire to get you started right away!

Tips

• CAN-L4-3100 is pre-installed with ” MatekL431-GPS ” firmware.
• MSP feature is disabled in “MatekL431-GPS”. If you want to use MSP feature, reflash it with “MatekL431-Periph” firmware(AP_Periph_with_bl.hex) over SWC/SWD pads via ST-LINK.
• Put magnetometer far from power lines/ESC/motors/iron based material. >=10cm
• 2 ears for mounting can be cut off if you don’t need it.
• If the CAN wires are too long, bridge the “120R” jumper.
