Micron Lantern

Primus’ Micron Lantern is designed to be small, lightweight and durable but still highly effective. The mantle is protected by a mesh metal cover which is more durable than a glass casing but still effectively allows light through. This is a simple to use gas lantern which uses very little fuel.
Primus says
The Micron Lantern is compact lightweight and durable that provides light and warmth when you need small dimensions low weight and durability.
Manufactured with a rustproof mesh instead of a glass. The EasyTrigger ignition system allows for quick and easy lighting and the patented burner ensures that the lantern is virtually silent and uses little LP gas.The variable light output is adjustable to 70W.

Our Verdict
The Primus Micron Lantern is just the job for winter backpacking when an LED headlamp just doesn`t do it for hours on end. Burn time with one 230g LP gas bottle is estimated at 12-24 hours – this needs factoring in.
