Tai-Hao Backlit PBT Keycaps | Blue Drop

You spent a small fortune on a keyboard that can produce 16.8 million colours, then covered it with the opaque plastic caps it came with. An actual tragedy. It’s time to free your photons with the Tai-Hao Blue Drop backlit PBT keycaps . These are the shine-through, double-shot keycaps your outrageously expensive RGB lighting has been begging for. Yes, we’re enabling your addiction. You’re welcome.

Why You Want It

Because your RGB deserves to be obnoxiously glorious, not muffled. This isn’t just about making your desk look like a landing strip at night; it’s about a superior feel. The lightly textured PBT surface feels incredible and won’t get greasy like the stock ABS caps you’re about to banish to a dusty drawer. The ‘Blue Drop’ colourway is clean, crisp, and will make your board look like it just fell out of a sci-fi portal. We take no responsibility for the envy of your peers.

Unleash Your RGB with Backlit PBT Keycaps

For those of you who read past the headline, here’s the tech. Standard keycaps block light. These don’t. They’re made using a double-shot process with a translucent base material for the legend, meaning your RGB shines through bright and clear. Because it’s PBT, the surface stays matte and textured, while the legend itself is physically impossible to wear off. It’s the ultimate combination: looks that kill, and durability that will outlive the universe.
