Victron GX Touch 70 Wall Mount

Victron GX Touch 70 Wall Mount: Secure, Flush Installation for Your Monitoring Display

Purpose-Built Mounting Solution for the GX Touch 70

The Victron GX Touch 70 Wall Mount provides a clean, professional installation method for your GX Touch 70 display. Designed to attach directly to a solid wall, this bracket eliminates the need for complex cut-outs or invasive drilling, requiring only three screws for a secure fit. It is an essential accessory for anyone integrating the GX Touch 70 into a fixed energy management setup, whether in a vehicle, vessel, or building.

By using this dedicated mount, you avoid the risks associated with generic brackets or improvised solutions, such as unstable positioning, cable strain, or damage to the display. The mount ensures the GX Touch 70 sits flush against the wall, maintaining a tidy appearance and protecting the rear connections from accidental knocks or debris.

Engineered for Simple, Reliable Mounting

Installation is straightforward: the bracket fixes to the wall with three screws, and the GX Touch 70 clips securely into place. The design includes a generous central aperture for routing the display and USB cables, keeping wiring organised and hidden from view. This not only enhances aesthetics but also reduces the chance of cables being pulled or snagged during everyday use.

Constructed from durable black plastic, the mount is lightweight yet robust, suitable for long-term use in mobile and stationary environments. Its slim profile (25.4 mm depth) adds minimal bulk, making it ideal for installations where space is at a premium, such as in control panels, campervans, or marine dashboards.

Applications Across Mobile and Off-Grid Systems

This wall mount is particularly valuable in scenarios where the GX Touch 70 serves as the primary interface for a Victron energy system. Typical use cases include:

• Caravans and motorhomes: Mount the display on a cabin wall for easy monitoring of solar, battery, and inverter status.
• Marine installations: Secure the GX Touch 70 at the helm or navigation station, with cables safely routed through the mount.
• Off-grid cabins and tiny homes: Create a central control point for your Victron Cerbo GX or other GX device.
• Professional control panels: Integrate the display into custom enclosures for a polished, OEM-quality finish.

By using the official Victron mount, you ensure compatibility and maintain the integrity of your system. Generic alternatives may not align correctly with the GX Touch 70’s mounting points, leading to insecure fitting or damage over time.

Installation Confidence

The mount’s three reinforced screw bosses provide a stable foundation, even on surfaces subject to vibration, such as in vehicles or boats. The absence of a requirement for large cut-outs means you can install the bracket on a variety of wall materials without specialised tools. Once the bracket is fixed, the GX Touch 70 simply clicks into place, allowing for easy removal if servicing is required.
